Shu is a reverb plugin that covers a wide range of spatial processing, from transparent natural ambience to bold creative effects, all within a single focused interface. It features 7 different algorithms, tempo-synced pre-delay (with feedback), a parallel reverse delay path, and a Freeze function. It is completely free, requires no account registration, and no license activation.
Main Features
- 7 reverb algorithms: Silk, Drift, Plate, Classic, Slap, Spring, and Ether, with seamless noiseless crossfade switching
- Tempo-synced pre-delay: 0ms to 500ms range with built-in feedback amount and soft tanh saturation, lockable to DAW tempo
- Reverse delay: Independent path that plays the incoming audio in reverse with a 0ms to 2000ms window size
- Freeze function: Freezes the current reverb tail with near-infinite decay to generate sustain
- Dedicated wet-signal low-cut/high-cut filters and Damp (high-frequency attenuation) control
