What is Rent to Own (RTO)?

2. What is Vengeance Sound “VPS Avenger 2”?
VPS (Vengeance Producer Suite) Avenger 2 is a software synthesizer developed by Vengeance Sound. Its biggest strength is the wide range of sound it can produce, with a total of 10 oscillator types including:
- Wavetable
- Classic virtual analog
- Freeform, where you can freely customize the waveform, and oscillator shapes
- Granular
- Long samples, drums, and more
On top of these 10 oscillator types, it offers 47 filter types and 34 effects, with a huge number of parameters. Once mastered, it can be called a do-anything soft synth, and it has a strong reputation for great sound. That said, because of its depth, it can be a little difficult to master everything, so keep that in mind.
Many expansion packs are also sold, and they can add not just presets but also oscillators, which is highly recommended. It works as a VST2, VST3, AU (Audio Unit), and AAX plugin extension for your DAW.

3. Installation & Activation
Avenger used to have a fairly tedious authorization process, but it has become much simpler. It is completed in the following 5 steps.
STEP 1. Create a user account
First, create a user account at register.vps-avenger.com/login. From “Register” on the left, enter your Name, E-Mail Address, and Password / Confirm Password, then register. If you already have an account, log in from “Login” with your email and password.
STEP 2. Add the product with your product code (serial number)
After logging in, choose “Add New Product”, enter your product code, and select “Look up”. The product code is the code (serial number) provided by the store where you purchased the license. Note: for an upgrade, select VPS Avenger on the left and enter the product code in “enter upgrade code”.
STEP 3. Download and install V-Manager and VPS Avenger
Download and install V-Manager and VPS Avenger from register.vps-avenger.com/details.
STEP 4. Launch V-Manager and download the Keyfile and Factory Content
Launch V-Manager and log in, then select “Download Keyfile” at the top right to complete activation. Next, click “Factory Content” to download it. You can set the location from “Content Location” at the top. If you upgraded to Avenger 2, right-click and choose “Redownload” so the presets match Avenger 2.
STEP 5. Launch Avenger in your DAW and log in
Launch Avenger in your DAW and log in with your Vengeance Sound account to finish. If the Factory Content is not found and a “Missing content file…” prompt appears, choose the Factory Content you downloaded. Finally set the folder to save to and select START. Even if the START button seems unresponsive, wait a moment – after a short while an orange loading meter appears at the bottom of the window.
