What Is Renegade Audio “Launch Pad Series Vol 17 – Mod Ska”?
Launch Pad Series Vol 17 – Mod Ska is a 100% royalty-free sample pack themed around the two-tone, ska and mod revival sounds of the late 1970s to early 1980s. It contains 35 loops, 42 one-shots and 11 MIDI files. The tempo is 118 BPM and the key is F, with shuffling grooves, gritty skanking guitars and synths, spacey drums and FX, delivered as 16-bar loops, one-shots and MIDI parts.
The Launch Pad series keeps drums, bass, instruments and percussion all at a single tempo and key, so you can build a song idea simply by combining 8 to 16 loops. Each loop is hand-mixed using plugins such as UAD, FabFilter and Waves.
It is normally priced at a regular fee, but it is being given away for free for a limited time. No end date has been announced.
