Uryan Modular’s cinematic pad instrument “Aether Drift” is currently available for free!
In this article, we introduce the free-download details and an overview of Aether Drift. Please use it as a reference.
1. What is Uryan Modular “Aether Drift”?
Aether Drift is a cinematic pad instrument that pairs a visually elegant, macro-driven interface on the surface with a deeper, more evolved synthesis engine underneath. Instead of a conventional synth panel lining up oscillator and modulation pages, it lets you shape the character of the sound with two large orb macros, Aether and Drift, so you sculpt the entire world of the pad rather than individual technical parameters.
Main Features
- “Aether” main macro that determines the sound “material” (adjusts harmonic density, tonal richness, spectral width, and depth)
- “Drift” main macro that determines the sound “motion” (adjusts movement, instability, stereo liveliness, and organic variation)
- Macro controls that musically shape the sound, such as Tone / Motion / Depth / Width / Space / Air / Warmth / Glow / Sparkle
- A spatial FX section with Chorus / Ensemble / Dimension / Reverb
- “Vision Core” visual feedback that reflects the state of the sound with color and motion
- A preset workflow with factory & user presets, next/previous browsing, save/load, and a favorites function
